As a park owners ourselves, we know how tough this business can be. When we started, we had no idea how challenging it would get— the repairs, late rents, even evictions. But we’ve also seen people working hard for their piece of the American Dream and making it happen. That’s what makes it all worthwhile.

We’ve bought our communities one by one, turning each of them around from rough to safe and nice. It’s been a long road, the one we are still on, but now we are ready to expand and take on new challenges. We believe that everyone deserves access to safe, affordable housing, and we’re committed to continue revitalizing manufactured housing communities across the United States. Making a positive impact is at the heart of OUR American Dream.
Our Experience
As different points in our career we have owned and operated over 1200 units across 6 states. We are currently in OH, MI and TX and open to any state.
